On this occasion, more than 600 exhibitors will present products and services from all aspects of a food operation, (food preparation, cooking, storage and table service). FS/TEC products, a high-tech niche for restaurants and the food service industry, will also be on display.
Attendees will find the gallery: What's Hot! What's Cool!, where they will find new products for large operators, which include labor and cost, energy savings and food safety and sanitation.
The daily educational conferences will complement the sho, of which three free sessions will be held on the topics of sustainability, innovative ideas and future trends. And there will be The ServSafe® Food Safety courses, which will be provided to owners, operators, F&B directors, chefs, kitchen managers, diet directors, dietitians and other industry professionals. These courses will deliver a certification that will be valid for a period of five years and is applicable nationally.
