Jiménez has 16 years of experience in the hospitality industry, of which 10 are senior management. He is a specialist in hotel management from the University of Barcelona and is a professional technician in cooking at the Muntaner School of Hospitality of Barcelona.
He has worked in different hotel chains such as Barceló Hotels & Resorts, Cityparkhoteles, Killeiny Hotels and Ifa Hotels & Resorts, a Spanish hotel chain that has a presence in the Dominican Republic, Bulgaria, Germany, Austria and Italy, where he currently works.
