Once the purchase and integration process of Hotel Information Systems (HIS) was completed, the hospitality systems consultancy, Consisho Mexico, sent a congratulatory note to the company it represents in that country and Latin America, Softbrands, Inc. With this acquisition, the multinational becomes the second largest provider of hospitality solutions, with revenues close to US$43 million in four thousand hotels in more than 100 countries.
Consisho also celebrated the agreement between Softbrands, which implements its products (PMS hotel systems, reservation center, business intelligence and CRM applications), and the United States Air Force, to install its hospitality computer solutions, reservation center and business intelligence in the 95 air bases in the United States and 12 other countries.
