With the participation of 2,500 hoteliers, the National Training Plan of the Hotel Association of Colombia (Cotelco) began, which will cover 27 cities in the country.The trainings will be developed in 35 topics, of which eleven correspond to courses that are advanced with the franchise that the Educational Institute (EI) of the North American Association of Hotels and Accommodation has for Colombia, while the remaining 24 were designed by the National Training Department.
The programs, which will run until November 20, are aimed at operational level officials, supervisors, area heads and general managers and are certified by the National Learning Service (Sena) and Cotelco.
