Heads of engineering, security, general services, maintenance and administrators in general, among other professionals, will be able to know and update themselves on the technologies that make possible the optimization of processes and the operation of buildings at the TecnoEdificios 2010 Congress.The first version of the congress and commercial exhibition, which combines security, building automation, air conditioning, information and telecommunications, will be held on November 4 and 5, 2010 in Plaza Mayor, Medellín, Colombia.
For two days, attendees will be part of a series of keynote lectures from which they will learn about new trends in the industry, the application of different systems, as well as exchange knowledge with their peers.
TecnoEdificios 2010 will have the participation of renowned speakers and professionals from the different sectors mentioned above.
Within the security panel is Héctor Torres Pérez, Certified Security Professional of Puerto Rico, who will give the talk on managing electronic and physical security in a building. While Óscar Silva, commercial vice president of the planning and strategic direction area of the company EBC Ingeniería S.A. of Colombia, will talk about the fundamentals of systems integration in intelligent buildings.
The HVAC panel will present some trends in this field, especially in indoor air quality (CAI), a topic that will be developed by Tad Sodergren, from Lennox Industries in the United States, who will talk about how to guarantee a healthy environment in buildings. On the power management panel, Greg Larsson of Electro Club International, also from the U.S. In the U.S., he will focus his talk on how to protect smart environments from lightning damage.
The first version of TecnoEdificios will have the participation of more than 10 national and international speakers who are experts in the development and management of intelligent structures such as hotels, resorts, airports, shopping centers, corporate buildings, hospitals, among others.
