Introduced the MH_DGT range
Rivacold's new range MH_DGT is based on refrigeration units with Digital Scroll compressor mounted on condensing units or tandem central units. The result is a product capable of substantially reducing energy consumption by offering high efficiency performance and a low sound level.
The digital technology of this new range continuously modulates the capacity from 10% to 100% of the nominal value while always maintaining high energy efficiency. This feature allows to obtain a wide range of cooling powers for applications with R404A in an ambient temperature range of +43ºC: we have available six models of MBP (medium temperature) evaporating at -10ºC (Tr) with a range of refrigeration production from 5.9 Kw to 18.6 Kw and 2 models of LBP (low temperature) with liquid injection and evaporating at -30ºC (Tr) with a range of refrigeration production of 6.7 Kw to 13.9 Kw. Suction pressure and temperature are precisely controlled and compressor cycles are reduced to a minimum. This ensures a longer life expectancy of both the equipment and its components.
The reduction of cooling power up to 10% ensures maximum efficiency against the variable demand of operation due to seasonality or demand.
The cooling power adapts quickly to the charging needs of each moment favoring a lower energy consumption with respect to traditional equipment, up to 20% less. Likewise, a more stable evaporation temperature prevents the dehumidification of the product, reducing weight losses, preserving and guaranteeing a higher quality of the preserved product.
