With a tour of the Colombian geography and highlighting the most representative flavors of its regions, the Poblado Plaza and Poblado Alejandría hotels, in Medellín, will hold until August 15 the Gastronomic Festival "Moments of my land".
On this occasion, the chefs of the restaurants Café del Plaza and Café Alejandría will delight both guests and visitors with the Sopa de la Abuela, the Arriera, the Silletera, the Cazuela Cartagera, the Arroz Nuquí, and with the sweet flavors of the Dessert of Natas Ubaté and the Envigadeño Banana flamed with rum.
In addition to this, both hotels annually develop the Gastronomic Festival Fish and Pastas of the World, the Festival of Tapas Paellas and Sangrías, the Gastronomic Festival of Grill and Bar Argentina, the Gastronomic Festival Sabores de México and the Festival of Festivals, which brings together the best dishes of the year.
