La Asociación de Hoteles de Turismo de la República Argentina (AHT) showed a positive balance in terms of the training programs it executed during 2011 and the good results obtained.
The AHT revealed that it carried out more than 150 days of training and professional improvement in that country covering topics such as hotel management and operations, marketing and sales, administration, hotel security, human resources administration, rate planning, management control, internet marketing and social networks, efficient work teams, issues related to personnel management, among others.
Likewise, the association launched the Visual Learning tool, a system that is used to hold meetings, presentations and trainings in real time and from anywhere in Argentina.
"The great interest generated by the training program among the associates and the acceptance that it has had among the more than 3,100 employees of the sector trained, drives the Institution to organize new meetings according to the Master Plan 2012 that is being developed, with the aim of responding to the concerns transmitted by hoteliers in each region of the country, " says the official statement of the AHT.
