This initiative was presented during the signing of an agreement installed between the three organizations with which it is sought, according to the alliance, the production of statistical information necessary to increase business exchange between the manufacturing and tourism sectors, promote formal employment, reduce imports, generate foreign exchange and boost the growth of the economy.
The meeting was attended by Julio Llibre, president of Asonahores, Ligia Bonetti de Valiente, president of the AIRD and Pablo Tactuk, director of the ONE.
At the meeting, the business institutions present committed to cooperate and work as a team to carry out the National Survey of Economic Activity carried out by the ONE annually.
