The fourth tower that will integrate the business and financial complex in the north of the Colombian capital, called North Point, is in the process of being developed.
This center is part of a larger project that began more than 20 years ago in which it is intended to make an urban renewal of this sector of the city of Bogotá.
The new construction is a 35-story smart building built by the company Inrama, which will have three floors dedicated to commerce, 10 to parking lots and 22 to offices. This building will be about 150 meters high, a few meters more than North Point III.
According to the developers of the project, Rafael, Jairo and Guillermo Rincón, the building, which will be ready by the end of 2014, will be part of the eight towers that will have the North Point complex, located on the seventh race with 156th Street in Bogotá.
This part of the city will be transformed from the account of constructions that keep in their designs and executions new concepts of sustainability and with modern technology. Proof of this are the constructions that have been erected for some years in that area of the city and the new ones that are expected to be developed.
According to the projections of the Mayor's Office of Bogotá, this area will become the ideal place for the installation of companies that are tired of being in the center of the city and is also a strategic point for companies that arrive in the country.
