ISS Facility Services, a leading company in the integration of integral services, has renewed its global IFS (Integrated Facility Services) contract with the multinational IT company Hewlett-Packard until the end of 2018. With this expansion, ISS Group will continue to provide its services in the more than 500 centers that HP has in 58 countries on five continents.
"We are excited to extend our contract with HP, which in 2010 became our first IFS customer in the world," said Jeff Gravenhorst, CEO of ISS Facility Services, adding that "we have worked very hard to deliver high-quality services that add value to HP's core business, and we remain fully committed to making our relationship a success."
ISS Facility Services, which in 2013 reached the number one position in the Global Outsourcing 100 ranking, currently offers catering, maintenance, security, auxiliary services, cleaning, gardening, Facility Management and IFS services.
"This agreement reinforces our position as leaders in the integration of services," says Joaquim Borrás, executive president of ISS Spain, who recalls that "although the single service will never disappear, the market evolves towards the integration of services and the search for global suppliers. In this sense, we are the only company in Spain capable of offering a wide range of solutions, ranging from the realization of unique services, through multiservice to the integration of all of them".
ISS Group started working with HP in 2008 providing different services in its centers in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Two years later both companies signed this global contract from IFS, one of the largest global contracts in the industry internationally.
