Mexico. At a time when the construction industry is obliged to look for solutions that are more efficient, friendly to the environment, and that offer a substantial decrease in costs, MagPanel technology emerges which also has the firm purpose of offering decent housing to Mexicans.
This Mexican technology in the process of patent registration in our country and exported to the world, the result of a research of more than seven years, from the Mexican company iBuilTec, offers a construction system based on interconnectable panels, of extraordinary strength and durability, which replace traditional bricks and make up the walls and slabs of any building, joining through metal connections, which allows to create architectural structures of the highest performance and solidity, particularly resistant to hurricanes or considerable seismic movements, in a dry work.
This system helps to reduce up to 80% of building times, which is installed by basic specialization labor, thanks to the simple assembly of the panels that act as walls, ceilings and floors; and offers at least 20% savings in construction, compared to conventional buildings.
Also according to the General Director of MagPanel, Emilio Cohen, the system is totally sustainable and friendly to the environment "The MagPanel system generates a significant reduction in CO2 emissions, as well as a decrease in energy consumption by air conditioning since its materials are highly thermal thus avoiding high energy consumption for feeding air conditioning and / or heating systems".
In this year where the State Housing Program 2014 has been launched, -which offers large tax benefits to the housing market, and greater benefits for Mexicans who wish to acquire a mortgage loan- MagPanel is placed in the spotlight as the new system that promises to revolutionize the Mexican construction system, with green homes, of quality at low cost and above all dignified for Mexicans.
