On October 29 will be held in Madrid the VII Madrid Workplace Conference organized by the Spanish Society of Facility Management, chapter of IFMA in this country, the event will be focused mainly on analyzing the new work models as well as various aspects of the digital transformation that the market suffers.
The conference will take place at the headquarters of Microsoft Spain and will address topics such as the GIG Economy (Freelance), collaborative coworking and employee 3.0, terms that today reflect a change in hiring models and generate new ways of working.
Professionals related to the general management of companies, HR, financial or purchasing, property management, facility managers, architects and engineers, and those responsible for general services must know and adapt to these new models.
For its part, the digital transformation approach refers to the needs of companies and how to solve them with new technologies, as well as the interpretation of the new technological context in which customers and the market operate.
