Mexico. This Wednesday, January 28, the first talk of the year organized by the Mexican Institute of Smart Building, IMEI, will be held at the Hyatt Regency hotel in Mexico City, which will address the topic "How to manage a project of a mission-critical building".
The main objective of the talk will be to reconcile the points of view of the construction management and commissioning for this type of buildings, such as hospitals or data centers, as well as to highlight the characteristics that must be taken into account from the moment of the conceptualization of the project to ensure compliance with the requirements of the owner of the same.
To talk about the above, Mónica Arce and Roberto Sánchez will be speakers. Arce will be in charge of approaching the conferences from the point of view of the construction manager, presenting basic topics such as reviews, quotes, request for permits, among others.
For his part, Sánchez will be in charge of the commissioning issue, and the process that must be followed to guarantee the quality of the project and the fulfillment of the objectives set.
