Peru. The interior designs made by the company 3G Office for L'oreal Peru and the new corporate headquarters of Pfizer were nominated for the Padis 2015 award. This recognition given for 19 years by the educational institution Toulose Lautrec seeks to reward creativity and innovation in different areas.
The first project, Pfizer, consisted of relocating the company's main offices to a new building with a space of 1,700 square meters divided into two floors. Pfizer sought with this headquarters that the design integrate collaborative spaces, reduce individual enclosed spaces, provide natural lighting to employees, increase the number of meeting rooms and in general create a space of greater flexibility.
For its part, L'oreal decided to redesign its headquarters in Lima in all its areas. The new workspace was adapted to new trends in workspace design and the design is based on the principles of flexible working.
To achieve this, a colorful space was proposed that will encourage working in an open and much more efficient way. In this way it was possible to increase the fluidity among the employees as well as the appearance of new rest spaces.
