International. Between February 10 and 12, nearly 60,000 people attended the fair specialized in audio, video and systems integration, ISE, which takes place every year in Amsterdam. In the middle of the exhibition of the latest technologies for the audio and video sector, it was also possible to find a complete pavilion focused exclusively on the area of technologies for buildings.
Among the exhibitors present, for example, the company Domintell presented a video intercom system, while the German firm Jung presented the new Smart Panel KNX 5.1, a touch screen to simplify the operation of the KNX control system from anywhere in the installation.
In this regard, Mike Blackman, Managing Director of Integrated Systems Europe (ISE), highlighted the importance that this segment has gained within the fair "for the first time we have a pavilion dedicated to smart buildings with more than 50 companies unveiling their solutions, products and services dedicated to the management and automation of buildings oriented to architects, integrators or facility managers. The trend is for this space to get bigger and bigger."
