The offices in Argentina, Chile and Colombia of JLL (Jones Lang LaSalle) received recognitions as the best real estate consultancies in their respective countries in the past International Property Awards. In the case of JLL Colombia, the company was recognized as the Best Real Estate Consultancy in Colombia 2014-2015 and the Best Real Estate Consultancy in Central and South America 2014-2015.
The International Property Awards are awards open to both residential and commercial real estate professionals from around the world. Since 1995, they celebrate the achievements of companies operating in all segments of the real estate sector. The awards are divided into regions spanning Africa, Asia Pacific, Arabia, Canada, the Caribbean, Central and South America, Europe, the UK and the USA.
A jury of experts of high international level is in charge of identifying the most significant construction projects as well as the real estate agencies and websites of the highest quality. The jury is made up of approximately 70 professionals including three members of the UK House of Lords: Lord Caithness, Lord Best and Lord Courtown.
