Chile. The Chilean branch of Grupo Eulen, a company specialized in comprehensive facility services, announced the creation of a new business unit called Eulen Servicios Transitorias (EST), which will be aimed at functioning as a bridge for the hiring of qualified personnel in transitional services.
The EST would then be in charge of carrying out the work of recruitment, selection and hiring of the different professionals required by its clients. Although this service will only begin to be provided by the subsidiary in Chile, the main office in Spain has had a similar program for several years now.
Andrés Möller, general manager of Grupo Eulen Chile, explained that "the job placement under the modality of transitory services offers the user company great agility and flexibility when selecting and hiring staff, while fully safeguarding the adequate working conditions of the worker and adapting to their needs for temporary employability for those who require it".
