Colombia. The FMHOUSE Institute will teach in Medellín and Bogotá the Diploma in Facility Management, a course structured in two modules on property management and support services. After the success of the editions of La Semana del Facility Management held in 2013 and 2014, the diploma is another step to deepen knowledge of the discipline.
This degree has been designed for property and service managers who make decisions in the areas of general services, shared services, investment and facilities, real estate, property and asset management, space management, energy management or purchases of goods and supplies.
The content of this Diploma has already been successfully taught through the University of
Ecopetrol to its entire national real estate and facilities management team. The Diploma is structured in two modules.
Module 1 covers all the basic and necessary tools for the sizing, definition, measurement and control of all services. Module 2 presents in independent packages the main aspects that a Facility Manager must know in topics such as service bidding, space management, life cycle, energy and sustainability, business continuity, among others.
In total, the Diploma includes 126 hours of specialized training given by David Martínez, an expert trainer with more than 20 years of experience in the discipline of Facility Management.
