The German company Dussmann has joined forces with the Eulen Group to create a joint project under the name "ideafm GmbH" that will offer Facility Management services in 32 countries around the world. According to information released by the Eulen Group in a statement, this initiative will meet the existing need of its multinational clients for the provision of property management services in different latitudes.
Each ideafm partner is specialized in certain sectors (banking, health, IT, retail, transport, education, energy, defense), with more than 70 services, related to facility management activities (cleaning, security, maintenance, environment, auxiliary services, catering, etc.)
The Eulen group, founded in 1962 in Bilbao, is present in 14 countries and the consolidated sales volume in 2014 exceeded 1,300 million euros, with a global workforce of more than 84,000 people.
With approximately 65,000 employees in 18 countries, Dussman Group provides catering, security, reception, cleaning, technical services, commercial facilities management and energy management.
The new company will have a global workforce of more than 147,000 professionals and expects to obtain sales of 3,300 million euros.
