Mexico. The Mexican Institute of Intelligent Building (IMEI) will hold three workshops on different BOMA standards on June 11. The day will include the course "BOMA Standard for measuring industrial floors" from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., followed by "BOMA Standard of retail measurement", amabos by instructor William Tracy.
The previous programming will be complemented by the course "BOMA Standard for measuring office spaces", which will be taught by José Antonio Hagg.
IMEI explains that the course of measurement of industrial spaces is "obligatory for all managers of Retail and Industrial properties in which they will know from the voice of the designer of the standard, the way in which BOMA measures the useful spaces to be used by its tenants. Know the terminology, the way to measure and the way to reconcile with your tenants how much space is being rented and under what international regulations they are being governed."
