Mexico. Facility Management service provider ISS Mexico has been awarded a new contract with a major Mexican company. Sports World, one of the most important chains of top-tier sports clubs that demands clean facilities that give comfort to its members, chose ISS to take care of all the cleaning service of its facilities.
Alan Bernaldez Ruiz, business developer of the company was in charge of finalizing the negotiations with this club. Initially, ISS was assigned to ten locations of the Club in Mexico City but it is expected that during the execution of the two-year contract the service will be expanded to other establishments of the chain.
Solange Markus Otero, purchasing manager of Sports World, said that "based on the presentation they made to us of the company, the decision to choose ISS was made, considering the experience they have in the field of cleaning, the worldwide vision they have of this branch, the training they give to the staff, considering that they grant social security to their collaborators and have uniforms and identification. We also considered the ISO-9001 certification and the fact that they have a recruitment and selection department."
