Another of the common points in the region is that real estate services such as "Property Manager" - Corporate Real Estate Administration are beginning to stand out, which seeks to leave in the hands of experts the adequate and efficient administration of the property where companies develop their activities, allowing tenant companies to focus and specialize in their business.
Another trend exposed during the event in the countries of the region and emphasized by Aurora Turriago for the Colombian market is the consolidation of office buildings with a single owner, which is represented in an improvement in the services offered, with a more efficient administration.
