New corporate building for Endesa

EndesaChile. Concentrating the majority of workers in a single corporate center is a trend that is growing in the region and that has led more and more companies to seek to move to larger spaces and designed to suit their needs. This is the case of the energy company Endesa Chile, which is in the process of planning a real estate project that would propose the construction of a new office tower.

According to data published in Chilean media, the new building would be built in the same location that occupies today its main office tower in Santiago and would seek to concentrate in one place workers who today work from other dependencies.

This information has been released after Endesa entered the Environmental Assessment Service (SEA) the details of the project under the name "Complementary Offices Santa Rosa Complex" for evaluation.

According to information published by the Chilean media Diario Financiero, based on the documents submitted to the environmental authority, the new building would have a constructed area of 30,345 square meters, divided into 10 floors and six basements. It would also have an auditorium with capacity for 450 people and 193 parking spaces.

The new tower would have capacity for about 1,000 workers, which would be added to the 1,500 who currently work in the existing facilities. It is important to note that the utility has not yet confirmed whether the project will indeed be executed, but it would undoubtedly be a great contribution to the efficiency and operability of the company.
