Mexico. Bosch Security Systems was chosen as the provider of a comprehensive network security solution for the new Capital Reforma real estate complex in mexico's capital. The solution includes video surveillance systems, fire detection and voice evacuation systems, as well as access control. Such a solution can be monitored and managed centrally.
Capital Reforma is located in a prestigious neighborhood with many tourist attractions, luxury restaurants, office buildings and public art exhibitions. It is a multipurpose real estate complex with two towers of 108 meters high, each of them with 25 floors and 30,000 square meters of office space, 14,000 square meters of luxury condominiums and a parking of 1,760 square meters. In order to provide a safe environment for its visitors and those who work or live in the real estate complex, a comprehensive security solution was necessary that met any requirements of the different areas.
With regard to fire detection, Insecom (Bosch's local partner) decided on an integrated and easily resizable solution based on the 5000 Series of modular fire panels. Selected 420 Series fire detectors ensure both immediate response and robustness against false alarms, thus offering reliable operation in each of the different areas.
Also, an important aspect of Bosch systems is their backward compatibility. The fire detection system is interconnected with the Plena voice alarm system, which allows the operator to issue specific evacuation instructions, adapted to the different areas and their escape routes.
A comprehensive video solution has been created using Autodome IP cameras, which meet the aesthetic requirements of the building. The cameras provide high-quality images, even in low-light or high-contrast conditions. The access control is based on the AMC of (Modular Access Controller) and efficiently completes the security solution. Therefore, the access, registration and control of visitors and tenants are guaranteed at all times.
