Colombia. With an investment of 20 billion pesos, the construction of the Plaza del Parque shopping center is progressing, whose opening is scheduled for the second half of this year.
The promoter of the project, located between 98th and 99th streets and 53rd and 56th streets, is Janna Motors and its commercialization is in charge of Certain & Pezzano Real Estate Group.
The center has a lot of 19 thousand square meters, with a construction area will be 14 thousand square meters distributed over two floors with parking in the basement and on the surface.
Karina Matute, manager of Certain & Pezzano, explained that it is a convenience shopping center aimed at offering immediate services and solutions to consumers with comfort.
He also added to local media that the name of the shopping center will be "Plaza del Parque, which is being built in an approximate area of 20 thousand square meters, but which will have a construction area of 14,000 square meters, with a wide range of parking on the surface and basement, in addition to an important circulation area."
He explained that at the moment 70 percent of the commercial complex has been sold. The construction of the 54 premises began in November 2015.
