Colombia. The diploma program (Bogotá, March 7 to August 31, 2016) is designed to inspire and educate the next generation of leaders who will transform the built environment towards sustainability. This change will not happen through current models and practices, but through a radical and fundamental turn, in which sustainability and innovation become strategic engines.
Our goal is to provide professionals with the theoretical and practical knowledge to design, decide on the sustainability strategies and actions of a project and finally, successfully carry out LEED® certification processes, by understanding ways to facilitate the conditions for innovation and the growth of green markets in the construction industry.
The CCCS Diploma is designed for professionals involved in the construction process and the life cycle of buildings, with knowledge and experience in the planning, execution, operation of infrastructure and urban planning projects, architecture, engineering and related.
Professionals interested in expanding their knowledge and becoming the leaders who today are transforming the construction industry towards sustainability.
The teaching team is made up of active professionals from the CCCS Member Network, with extensive work experience in sustainable projects at national and international level. The direction of the Diploma is in charge of Eng. Miguel Orejuela, Director of Education of the CCCS, LEED® AP BD+C, USGBC® Faculty, USGBC® Pro-reviewer.
