International. The Spanish Confederation of Business Organizations (CEOE) incorporated the Spanish Society of Facility Management (IFMA Spain) into its Concessions and Services Commission under an agreement signed a few days ago.
The commission, chaired by Julián Núñez, in turn president of the employers' association of construction companies (Seopan), has as its main objective to analyze the activity in the sectors of infrastructure and service concessions, providing proposals to increase their competitiveness and the efficiency of public services.
To this end, the committee prepares reports and studies and carries out an exhaustive follow-up of the legislation and regulations related to this area.
IFMA Spain is the second European association with the largest number of members and the highest growth and activity within the International Association of Facility Management.
