Colombia. With sales exceeding seventy billion pesos, Arpro Arquitectos e Ingenieros S.A., began the construction of its Teleskop project, a modern building framed in the process of urban renewal in downtown Bogotá, where it also builds the Atrio Towers.
Teleskop, is an architectural proposal respectful of the environment and deeply studied to be a contribution to the development of the sector and the city, not only innovative in terms of its architectural design, but to the planning and technical coordination processes that were used, and that involve state-of-the-art technology and a set of avant-garde practices that together are framed in the BIM concept for its acronym in English, Building information modelling. Its delivery is scheduled for the second half of 2018.
The modern 24-story building, located on Avenida Carrera 7 with Calle 34, offers buyers two integrated and at the same time completely independent projects, which are an office platform that, being in the financial center, has all the benefits of the sector and a housing tower that is born on a magnificent terrace on the fifth floor that contains the social areas, gym, meeting rooms from which the housing tower is developed, a modern and high quality construction.

The tower will have approximately 20,000 square meters of construction, which includes three levels for parking and technical rooms, a floor where the main entrances of the building are grouped independent for each use, a commercial platform between levels 2 and 4, common areas on the fifth floor and 19 more floors of apartments.
The housing component offers apartments ranging from 47.51 m2 to 174.24 m2 built area; and from 41.76 m2 to 151.27 m2 private area. As for the commercial area, it comprises 500 square meters on levels two and three, while the office area is approximately 1,500 square meters and is developed on floors three and four of the building. The parking lot can accommodate 181 vehicles; 151 for residents and 30 for visitors, to which are added 17 spaces for motorcycles and bicycle areas.
