International. The Technical Advisory Board of FM&S magazine has failed the National Facility Awards, in which Ilunion Facility Services has been distinguished with the Award for Best FM&S Project, launched for Alcampo (in Spain).
The jury has recognized this work of Ilunion because "it involves the integration of people with some type of disability and technology, betting on adding capacities and responsibilities, supporting the promotion of people".
From the beginning of the project, an Ilunion facility manager is responsible for coordinating cleaning, security, or customer service services, among others, in the Alcampo City Vistahermosa, for which it has a staff in which 80% are people with disabilities.
For its start-up, Alcampo needed a solvent service outsourcing company, and as its Performance Director, Juan Luís Ares, acknowledges, ILUNION was chosen for "its professionalism and because it shares with us the objective of satisfying customers".
Amenities at Alcampo City Vistahermosa
This project was developed by Ilunion for the Alcampo City supermarket of the Parque Vistahermosa shopping center, the last one opened by the company in our country last November.
In order to offer the best facility management services, Ilunion professionals traveled last July to different cities in Asia to learn about other experiences and develop a manual of good practices in this field, which would allow to integrate efficiency and quality in the systems in order to obtain greater productivity.
To do this, Ilunion Facility Services works with a management and control platform that integrates all the supermarket systems, managed from a Remote Control Center.
