Colombia. The firm AEI - Architecture and Interiors that has certified more than 15 LEED projects, now bets on its new complement, the WELL certification, based on an interdisciplinary model of design, construction and operation that allows improvements in human well-being and health through the built space.
Taking into account the latest work trends, in which employees and their well-being take center stage, the WELL certification allows to generate healthy habits, improve nutrition and comfort within the offices, maximizing their productivity and quality of life.

In order to meet PayU's expectations, and ensure the best score for certifications, AEI - Architecture and Interiors is ensuring during the design and construction process, the physical-chemical quality of the water, obtain the latest trends in ergonomic positions - such as 'Standing desks' -, implement wellness areas including lactation room, sleeping areas, games room and massage room and include natural interior lighting.
