According to the statements of Federico Estrada García, manager of La Lonja de Propiedad Raíz, "21,406 people entered, that is, we exceeded the expectations we had. During the three days of the Fair the stands remained with a high occupancy, which generates expectation regarding sales, Estrada García pointed out "we are sure that business will be closing for about 75 billion pesos for the coming months."
Government aid and the latest announcements of having extended quotas to maintain the dynamism of demand was an important incentive for the success of the Fair, since these decisions are reflected in employment and economic growth. Undoubtedly, the mid-segment projects were the ones that generated the greatest interest from visitors, particularly those that shelter the range of Social Interest Housing.
The Manager of the Lonja, highlighted the maturity of the exhibitors to present their projects and emphasized that "the real estate is not a crazy purchase, it is a very judicious purchase so we always talk about the projection for next month or up to two months." He added that, "one of the achievements to highlight is the satisfaction of the exhibitors in terms of the relationship with visitors, the number of contacts registered in their databases that allow them to expand the bank of potential customers."
