This new version incorporates important features that help ensure the overall integrity of the customer's security environment, as well as offering tools that facilitate the mitigation of security events.
exacqVision is recognized for its ability to deliver critical information about the health and performance of the VMS. Version 9.0 provides that same approach for access and intrusion control panels, as it incorporates integrity alarms that inform the user of potential problems to ensure that the system maintains a high level of performance.
With new integrations with Illustra Pro cameras with analytics capabilities, users can monitor large areas based on certain behaviors (such as the presence of marauders), while powerful search tools make it easier to search for important events from metadata.
In addition, administrators can now better define real-time viewing and video search privileges to ensure that only the right users have access to surveillance videos. For example, a user may be granted access to live video from a specific camera, but restrict access to recorded video. Improvements were also made to the User Groups in Enterprise System Manager 5.4, which will be released in conjunction with exacqVision 9.0, which allow users to be assigned to multiple groups, each with different privileges. In this way, it seeks to meet the demands of large organizations that need to assign users to multiple groups on different servers.
Finally, exacqVision 9.0 simplifies the setup process by adding additional information fields to the audio inputs and outputs, alarms, and triggers page.
