Since In September 2011 Google acquired the renowned Zagat guide, a new proposal has been brewing that promises to be one of the largest virtual communities to share experiences and recommend entertainment, gastronomy and hotel sites.
Google+ Places was launched on May 31 and is the new community that merges Google Places, Zagat and recommendations from users in their circles.
When accessing the Google+ profile the user will find a tab of "Places", as explained from the technology company when clicking there the system returns a list of restaurants and hotels, entering each link that contain the names of that list you can see the scores that users have given to the place through Zagat, comments and other useful data.
As in any community, where one of the most important aspects is to be able to share, in Places the members of the community will be able to upload their photos of the site; In addition, the searches are integrated to other Google resources such as Maps and is functional for mobile devices.
According to Bernardo Hernández, Google's Product Director, each user will obtain different results, as these are thrown based on the recommendations of their network of contacts.
