On November 13 and 14, the E4R Congress was held at the Mapfre convention center in Madrid, dedicated to bringing both professionals and homeowners closer to the current reality of the energy efficiency of buildings.
The objective of the academic activity focused on publicizing the real energy situation of existing buildings and quantifying possible energy improvements through the rehabilitation of buildings. This congress was part of the European E4R project, funded by the European SUDOE program.
During the two days, public administrations, architects, engineers, installers, builders, developers and manufacturers as well as end users, that is, building owners, met.
Issues of regulations, grants, guides, experiences and products were addressed.
The technical committee of the congress was formed by professionals and experts in rehabilitation and energy efficiency, this committee was in charge of choosing the topics presented during the academic activities.
