As part of the Smart Hospitality Room, Telkonet integrated the newly launched EcoTouch wireless thermostat, EcoGuard wall-recessed electronic output and EcoSwitch wall-recessed light switch, which are handled hassle-free from Samsung's hotel TVs. Telkonet's cloud-based EcoCentral Virtual Engineer platform will also interact with Samsung's HMS (Hotel Management System) platform, hotel property management system, and third-party wireless devices, to provide two-way data monitoring, management and exchange. Telkonet will provide design, content structure, staff training, professional services and project management, while also using its national field service team, in order to manage and deploy all HMS hotel management system projects. Maintenance and support services will be managed through Telkonet's EcoCentral VE platform.
The new Lynk Sinc 3.0 with Samsung HMS, is an optimized content management solution that produces an enhanced experience, allowing guests to access information and services from the comfort of their hotel room, in an IP-based infrastructure. In addition to Samsung's content and programming benefits, LYNK SINC 3.0 with HMS welcomes guests by name on a "welcome" screen, and gives users the ability to control and customize the heating, ventilation and air conditioning system, light, curtains and "Do Not Disturb/Make room" signs from the Samsung Smart Hospitality TV.

Samsung's Smart Hospitality Room comprises its Smart Hospitality Television, which is wirelessly enabled to communicate with all room controls using the ZigBee (HA) home automation standard. In addition to Telkonet's in-room energy controls, Smart Hospitality Room can manage smart door locks, motorized blinds and curtains, door and window sensors, room signs, and other technologies. Smart Hospitality Room also interacts with the hotel's Property Management System, as well as Telkonet's EcoCentral VE management platform, to provide full device monitoring and support. Guests enjoy total comfort and control, through the comprehensive in-room intelligence offered by Samsung's Smart Hospitality Television.
