International. The company Sngular has incorporated an IoT team to its staff to the crossThings team, led by Alejandro Pérez Ayo and Ignacio Altube, with more than fifteen years in industrial automation, M2M technology and the Internet of Things.
The team will work together with other Sngular business lines such as User Experience, Machine Learning or Virtual Reality, to articulate a differential value proposition in the market designed so that organizations can extract real value from their technological investments in IoT.
In this sense, the firm will cover from this moment the complete process associated with a project in this area, from the most industrial part that includes the design and installation of hardware, sensorization and automation of data collection, to integration services with other processes that allow extracting valuable information to optimize workflows and decision making of a company.
At first, the technology company will focus its efforts on transferring its offer in this area to the Industry sector, composed of a wide variety of types of companies, but also in Facility Management and Smart Cities projects. In the short term, it wants the Internet of Things to account for 10 percent of its turnover.
With this new discipline, the key digital competencies, which currently make up the strong core of Sngular's offer, are now twelve: Digital Strategy, User eXperience, Software Development, Cloud & Devops, Big Data & Data Science, Internet of Things, Near Teams, Virtual Reality, eCommerce, People Analytics, Digital Marketing and Cognitive Computing.
