NEW HOTELS & PROPERTIES

Mexico. The CityExpress chain announced the commissioning of a new hotel in Monterrey, with which it has 102 establishments in Mexico and 104 in Latin America.

Argentina. Present in Argentina since 1999, the hotel group that owns brands such as Howard Johnson, Ramada, Days Inn and Super 8 will open its first franchise of its flagship firm in the country: the Wyndham Nordelta Tigre Buenos Aires. With six floors and 141 rooms inside, the hotel became the only one in the city that can be accessed both by land and river.

Bolivia. Hilton opened its first hotel in Bolivia: the Hampton by Hilton Santa Cruz / Equipetrol that offers 72 rooms in a totally new construction, located on San Martín Avenue and E Street of the well-known Equipetrol neighborhood.

El Salvador. The construction of the Hyatt Place Hotel has a 25% progress of work in the Las Cascadas shopping center and it is expected that it will begin operations from the first half of 2017. 

 With 20 years of work in Cuba, the French chain Accor Hotels finalizes details for the inauguration on December 17 of the Pullman Cayo Coco hotel, in the central province of Ciego de Ávila.
