This remodeling that plans to begin in January 2009 and that will cost $ 15,000,000, will be carried out in the rooms, public areas such as lobby, bar, restaurant, recreational areas (pool, spas), laundry, among others. Floors, doors, windows, electrical systems, lighting, HVAC/R, security, telecommunications, plumbing and hydraulic systems will also be renovated.
The idea is that the areas of this place will be conditioned as a hotel and its infrastructure will change completely, so it will have 55 luxury suites, swimming pool, gym, massage room and conference room.
