The Intercontinental chain will open a five-star hotel (Hotel, Residences & Spa) with 140 rooms, 80 condominiums and 59 lofts in Puerto Bahía Grande, in El Tigre, which will be the Intercontinental Nordelta Buenos Aires Hotel.More than 33,000 square meters will be built of this hotel, with an investment of 25 million dollars and will have healt club spa, state-of-the-art gym, indoor and outdoor pool overlooking the river, gallery of shops and restaurants and a convention center for 600 people, business center and meeting rooms.
The Intercontinental Nordelta Buenos Aires, which will be located on the riverine area of Nordelta and in which all rooms will overlook the Bahía Grande, is under the supervision of the Technical Services department of Intercontinental Hotels Group and is located on a two-hectare site, in which there are two six-story buildings. In the first will be located the hotel and condominiums, and in the second the lofts that began to be sold in October.
Also in Irapuato, a city in the Mexican state of Guanajuato, IHG will open the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Irapuato, which will feature 101 rooms, 14 suites and a master suite. The hotel, which is built on an area of 6,500 square meters, is located at the entrance to the city, five minutes from the convention center and near the airport.
