The Estelar chain will build a hotel complex in the coastal sector of Manzanillo del Mar 15 minutes from Cartagena by road, which will have an investment of 47,800 million pesos and is expected to be completed by June 2010. The stellar Playa Manzanillo will be developed in an area of 4.63 hectares and will have 80 suites of 120 and 160 square meters, dining room, kitchen, laundry area, two or three bedrooms, jacuzzi and terrace. It will also have a meeting room with capacity for 200 people, high-level communications service, gourmet restaurant, spa, beach club, sports courts, playgrounds, bicycle paths, beach pool and sun rest.
The hotel will combine tourist activity and high-level corporate events.
