With an investment of US$30 million, the Argentine company Fën Hoteles announced that it will open next November, through its Esplendor brand, a new boutique hotel in Panama City. According to the website Hostnews.com.ar, the Hotel Esplendor Denovo is a 42-story building that has 100 rooms of 90 m2, restaurant, social area with swimming pool, lounge bar, closed and guarded parking, panoramic elevator, gym and spa.
Fën Hoteles had already opened at the end of 2008 the Hotel Guaraní Esplendo in Asunción, Paraguay, and now hopes to open new sites in Peru, Chile and Uruguay.
