The NL group will build in Pernambuco, Brazil, a hotel-real estate complex that will have a resort, inn, yacht club, residential buildings and entertainment center.The new building will have an investment of €60 million and will be built on a plot of 73 hectares and will have a beach of approximately one kilometer. NL hopes to open this complex in 2012 for the celebration of the Confederations Cup of football to be held the following year.
Eduardo Lucena, responsible for the project, explained that it will be built in three phases; the first will be the resort with 40 cabins, 260 apartments of 40m2, convention center and two restaurants. In the second stage the yacht club and the leisure center will be built, and in the third stage the project of the residences will be launched.
