New Starwood hotels will be opened in Puerto Rico under different brands of this chain. The Sheraton Puerto Rico Convention Center Hotel, which opened in early November, has 503 rooms. The St. Regis Resort and Residences Bahia Beach will have 139 rooms and will be close to a new golf course d e18 holes, and the first W, the Retreat & Spa, will have a spa, event rooms and will be located on the island of Vieques. The last two will begin operations throughout 2010.
These three hotels join the other hotels the chain has on the island.
