The Colombian chain Royal announced the construction of three new establishments in Bogotá, Cartagena and Barranquilla, as well as the remodeling of the rooms of some hotels that already operate in the country.Under its new creation, the Urba brand, which focuses on the corporate client with smaller hotels, Royal will operate a 30-room complex in Cartagena in 2010 and expects the opening of two establishments in 2012, one in Bogotá and one in Barranquilla.
The Urban of the Colombian capital, which will have 3,331 square meters, will be located in the north of the city and more than US$6 million will be invested in its construction.
