South of Lima will be located the Condo-Hotel Best Western Premier Vista Pacífico, the second establishment of this category in Latin America.The opening of the five-star accommodation is planned for September 2011, will serve every day of the year and will be located in the tourist area of Asia, 90 km south of the capital of Peru.
According to the information provided by PromPerú, Best Western chose the Latin American country due to the hotel growth that it has been presenting since 2007 and which will extend until 2013, according to the estimated data presented by the National Chamber of Tourism (Canatur). In these hotel projects, US$2 billion will be invested in construction, remodeling and expansion.
The region's first BW Premier hotel, Hotel Marina Las Condes (pictured), is located in Santiago, Chile, boasts 151 rooms, 12 floors, efficient air conditioning and lighting systems, and noise, hot and cold insulation panels.
