The hotel chain, which is part of Accor, arrived in August in Colombia to offer its services in the capital of the country with a modern establishment located in a strategic place in the city, in the International Center, next to the National Museum, 30 minutes from el Dorado International Airport. The ibis Bogotá Museo offers 15 floors with 216 rooms, 24-hour restaurant service and breakfast from 4:00 a.m. to noon, free wi-fi, parking and lobby bar.
Steven Daines, Director of Operations ibis for Latin America, commented that the purpose of this establishment and as such of the incursion of the chain in Colombia, is to bet on the investment in the management of hotels with international standards, and offer Colombians and foreigners service and quality at competitive prices.
The chain will make more openings in Latin America in Chile, Peru and Paraguay in the coming months.
