Hilton Worldwide opened the company's first hotel in Chile – Hilton Garden Inn Santiago Airport, marking the first Hilton Garden Inn-branded hotel, one of 10 in the hotel company's portfolio of brands in South America.

The new hotel has 144 rooms, all with the Garden Sleep System® bed, which allows guests to regulate their firmness and softness, ergonomic Mirra™ chair, designed by Herman Miller, 42" LCD TV with high definition flat screen, clock with MP3 connection, a large desk and a "hospitality center" that has a mini refrigerator and tea and coffee station.
Recreation facilities include an indoor pool, whirlpool and spa with sauna service and walk-in closets. It also offers a complimentary fitness center with cardio and resistance training equipment. In addition, guests have access to approximately 400 square meters of flexible meeting space, including a ballroom and six meeting rooms.
