With the participation of local and national tourism authorities, members of the ownership group Innvest Developments S.A. and directors of the InterContinental Hotels Group chain, the new five-star InterContinental Nordelta Tigre Buenos Aires, Hotel, Residences & SPA, was inaugurated in the north of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
This complex located in the exclusive residential area El Delta del Río Paraná, 45 minutes from the international airport and 25 km from the city of Buenos Aires, has 149 rooms, including 20 suites, as well as 225 homes ranging from 800 to 1,900 square feet; a spa, gym, indoor and outdoor pools, six meeting rooms with a capacity of up to 600 people, a restaurant and a bar.
Guests of the new building will also be able to enjoy a wide variety of water sports and recreation on Central Lake, a marina located on the Luján River; as well as nearby football fields, tennis courts, shopping malls, a sports club, playgrounds and a private golf club.
