The Casamar Marriott Panama, managed under the Marriott Hotels & Resorts brand, will be located near San Carlos, about 55 kilometers from Panama City and will operate under a franchise agreement between the chain and Casamar Development, S.A. and Corporación Turística del Pacífico, S.A.
With 180 rooms, this five-star resort includes groups of condominiums, villas, tropical gardens, commercial premises; in addition to a sports club, a beach club, an outdoor swimming pool, two restaurants, two bars, ample meeting space and a full-service spa.

The new hotel complex on the Panamanian Pacific coast will be open to the public in 2013.
